My favorite times are spent hiking in the woods, walking beside the ocean, taking pictures of things I find beautiful, and just being in Nature. When I’m not in the middle of one of these activities, you can find me sitting on my front porch engrossed in a book, puttering about in my garden, playing with my family, or eating chocolate chip cookies!

I also love creating beautiful things! Nature photography is one of my passions, and I love creating photographs to share with others on notecards, calendars, pictures, and signs. My Nature Alphabets are some of my favorites, and I love creating inspiring word and name signs to celebrate occasions, special places, and life milestones. My latest creative project has been soap-making, and I am really enjoying creating nourishing soaps with delicious scents!

I feel that my purpose in life is to create and really see the beauty, light, joy, and peace in the world and share it with others. I love helping people find deep connections to themselves, to others, and to nature so they can live a more peaceful, fulfilling, joyful existence. Spending time with other women and encouraging them to use a soul-centered approach to finding their own inner peace, strength, joy, and purpose fills me with joy.

I enjoy hosting mindful retreats, empowering workshops, intriguing travel opportunities, immersive classes, and one-on-one coaching experiences.

About The Spiral Bear

I love the imagery of the spiral and see it as a perfect representation of Soul Work.  The spiral symbolizes growth and evolution and represents the path leading from our inner soul to our outer consciousness.  It is a sacred symbol that represents the journey and changes in our lives.

Bears represent power, strength, and courage along with nurturing and wisdom.  Bears can be a symbol of endurance, and for taking action. Balance also comes into play with bears, and they can also symbolize the importance of solitude, quiet time, and inner work.

The four pillars of The Spiral Bear are Authenticity, Attention, Action, and Abundance. These seem to fit beautifully along the spiral path and embody the spirit of the bear.  We journey within ourselves and deepen our relationship with our AUTHENTIC self, our Spirit, our Soul, our center.  We place our ATTENTION on our gifts, our purpose, our dreams.  Then we need to take ACTION steps and follow the spiral back out into the world bringing what we have learned, cultivated, and created. We share our gifts with others and celebrate our ABUNDANCE.
