I invite you to join me for 111 days to activate a new vision for your life as we enter a new calendar year. We will explore the ideas of Authenticity, Attention, Action, and Abundance.

You will receive a page each day containing an original photograph, a thoughtful quote, an inspiring lesson or questions or activity, and a mindful moment. The activities and lessons will build on each other to help you gain a deeper understanding of your Authentic self, focus your Attention on what you feel is most important, design Action steps to bring more of what you want into your days, and celebrate the Abundance in your life.

You will be part of a private Facebook group where we will grow in community as we share our thoughts on the ideas and activities of the day.

I am so excited about this experience! It is the culmination of so many years of creative work and play for me, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
